The Building Strong Neighborhoods Initiative was started by the City of Mesa, AZ Neighborhood Outreach Office.  The program works to help improve struggling neighborhoods. The program has been connecting residents, businesses, non-profit organizations, and schools, as a way to further engage with these communities and work on projects together.
