Blueprint Chesterfield is a framework that helps to better organize longstanding county practices related to budget and strategic planning into a more coordinated and understandable system. To that end, Blueprint also serves as a communications tool to more effectively discuss the County’s strategic mission both internally and with the community and facilitate more meaningful dialogue.
