The Best Practice Program and Document is the flagship program of the City Managers’ Association, Karnataka (CMAK), in association with Urban Development Department, documenting the best initiatives in the urban sector of Karnataka, India. The goals of the document is to identify and document good initiatives undertaken by local leaders, analyze how these initiatives succeeded as a measure for sustainable and better living environment, encourage the idea of learning from existing examples, and create a platform for sharing initiatives among all stakeholders.
