This article explains how the citizens of Orange County, Florida, helped decide how public information can best be accessed. Using the theme "Well Connected Community" (WCC), the county held a conference for a cross-section of the community in early 1995. Includes a response to the issues, on-going efforts, and the progress made by task forces generated at the conference.
