The City of O'Fallon, IL executed an Intergovernmental agreement for joint park and recreation services with the Village of Shiloh, IL. In an effort to enhance the public health, safety, and welfare of both communities, the City of O'Fallon and the Village of Shiloh will provide for joint use of the each parties park facilities by the residents of in both jurisdictions. This IGA demonstrates how collaboration can foster greater access and amenities by residents in each community.
