Mike Bellot from the U.S. EPA gave this presentation during the panel "Institutional Controls: The Achilles Heel of the Brownfields Program (and What Can be Done to Fix this Flaw)" which was held at the Brownfields 2005 conference in Denver, Colorado. The presentation reviews several concepts related to IC tracking and one-call systems. It includes information on data standards development and implementation which are available at www.epa.gov/edr. There are also grants available to state governments in 2006 to implement statewide tracking systems.
