Through free on-site waste assessments, Anoka County’s Cash from Trash program helps businesses create their own recycling programs and save money. The waste assessments review a company’s purchasing practices, material usage, and disposal methods. The program also helps businesses improve their environmental image, reduce solid waste taxes and fees, become more efficient, and use more environmentally friendly building materials.
