The City of Aurora, Colorado is nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence Award for Strategic Leadership and Governance, for the City's "How Full is Your Bucket" training program. The training program has been successful in increasing productivity and pride amongst Aurora public works employees. This document provides an overview of the program, as well as a discussion on the program results and lessons learned.
