Creating Sustainable Communities for All Ages

ICMA and UD4H are developing building blocks tool kit for use by communities nationally that desire to better understand their communities programs, policies, initiatives, and partnerships focused on creating sustainable places for older americans.  The tool will be pilot tested in up to four communities upon completion.
