The ICMA Bookstore uses United Parcel Shipping (UPS) and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) as our shipping providers.  
Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.

ICMA does not issue any refunds or accept returns for purchases made unless the product was damaged in transit. 

If you are seeking sales tax exemption for your purchase, please email the following information to orders@icma.org:
1. A copy of your sales tax exemption certificate, and
2. The specific ICMA account that you would like the exemption to be placed on

Once this information is submitted, you may receive confirmation of the exemption within 1-2 business days. You will then be able to place your order tax free.

Already placed an order and need sales tax reimbursement? Please email orders@icma.org with your order number and sales tax exemption certificate. Reimbursement may be processed within 2-3 business days. 

ICMA does not provide invoices or quotes prior to a purchase. Orders are not accepted through purchase orders. All orders must be placed through the online bookstore. If you need a receipt or invoice after purchase and did not receive your confirmation email, please email orders@icma.org.
