The Public Technology Institute (PTI) has announced that it is accepting applications for designation as a Citizen-Engaged Community for 2015-17.  Applications are due to the PTI offices by October 31, 2015.

 

The Citizen-Engaged Community is a recognition program on the use of leading practices in citizen engagement and customer services for cities and counties in the United State.  Communities receiving designation are recognized for excellence in their use of multi-communication channel contact centers and best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, 311 systems, web portal technology, telephony systems and mobile communications infrastructure.
