While it may seem silly to have an entire month dedicated to something you do every day it is important to make sure that any time you are talking you are truly communicating. Whether you are speaking in front of the city council, at a large community event, or just discussing a project with a coworker effectively communicating will make sure you are heard. The good news is that learning to communicate effectively is a skill that you can learn at any career stage and one that will help you out for the rest of you r life!
