I spent three weeks in Kabul, Afghanistan working on a capacity-building and change-management project in the Ministry of Agriculture; actually, helping develop the workplan and budget for the project and getting it submitted for approval.  It's a four year project.  Although I was very busy those three weeks, I did manage to get out one day and take some pictures of Kabul.  I'll take more when I return to Kabul, hopefully towards the end of May.
