The Public Technology Institute’s (PTI) Citizen-Engaged Communities is a designation program for cities and counties in the United States to recognize excellence in multi-channel contact centers and best practices for the use of Citizen Relationship/Records Management (CRM) systems, 311 systems, web portal technology, telephony systems and mobile communications infrastructure.

Cities and counties that are designated as a Citizen-Engaged Community will receive national recognition through an attractive award and use of a Designation logo for websites and print.

The deadline for local governments to apply for designation as a Citizen-Engaged Community is Friday, October 31 , 2014. For more information and to download the 2014-2016 application wisit the PTI website at www.pti.org.
