In March ICMA upgraded its association management software from a system that was almost 20 years old to a new, state-of-the-art system that interfaces with the ICMA website and Knowledge Network. The transition has been bumpy, with an inordinate number of glitches that have frustrated many of our users.  

ICMA IT and Member Services teams have been working around the clock to get the outstanding issues fixed. Below is a list of current open issues, which will be updated regularly until all issues have been corrected.   

Open issues as of August 12, 2015:

  • Profile photo may not show on Knowledge Network profile after editing in My Account
  • Updated title and organization information may not be saving in your profile
  • Automated rosters and lists
  • Credentialing Login
  • New account access delays
  • Job Center new organization delays.
  • Conference housing has been fixed. If you are experiencing online conference housing-related issues, please call 877-805-4602.
