In order to provide better service to our members and constituents, ICMA will be performing technical upgrades to the icma.org website beginning 12:00 PM ET, Wednesday, November 14, through Friday, November 16.
The website upgrade is designed to set the stage for future updates as we prepare to improve our mobile responsiveness and make other changes behind the scenes to bring the website up-to-date . During the upgrade (Wednesday, November 14, through Friday, November 16), the website e-commerce platform will not be available, which means membership renewals and payments will not be available online. Alternatively, members can pay their membership dues and nonmembers can join ICMA by contacting ICMA staff at membership@icma.org or 202-962-3680 / 800-745-8780.
What will be affected?
During the update, you will NOT be able to
- Login to the website
- Create an account
- Update your profile
- Access Who’s Who
- Access the Job Center
- Register for events
- Purchase books
- Apply for / renew your credentialed manager status
- Join ICMA/renew your membership online.
What is NOT affected?
You will be able to access content that does not require you to login! So, there will be hundreds of articles and other valuable content available on the website.
