ICMA University’s Mid-Career Managers Institute is designed for ICMA members and nonmembers who are either:

• Credentialed and want to engage in a focused course of study and connection with others who are mid-career
• Not yet credentialed or have management experience in fields other than local government AND want to build strong ties with the profession and strengthen management skills with the goal of becoming credentialed managers.

The program provides focused personal professional development with an opportunity to connect with other mid-career managers and ICMA Leadership at the ICMA Annual Conference and in their regions. Each participant will also work with a Credentialed Manager mentor throughout the program.

The $1,500 tuition for the institute includes registrations for:

1. The 2014 regional summit
2. ICMA’s 100th Annual Conference in Charlotte, NC
3. The Leadership Institute at annual conference
4. E-learning opportunities throughout the course of the program
   
5. Professional mentoring.
