From January 30 through late February, ICMA will be upgrading its association management software and fulfillment operation to improve customer service. During this timeframe, some website transactions will be impacted and individuals will not be able to perform some functions. ICMA Member and Customer Service (MCS) will be available to collect your information but our Finance team will not be able to process financial transactions until late February.

From January 30 through late February, contact the MCS team

  • For a membership application 
  • To provide membership renewal information.

The MCS team also will collect information on the following transactions, but changes will not become effective and orders will not be processed before late February:

  • Updates to your Who’s Who/Knowledge Network profile
  • Changes to your e-mail preferences
  • Contributions to the Fund for Professional Management and Life, Well Run
  • Orders from the ICMA Bookstore (beginning January 28).

Although financial transactions will not be processed until late February, members and customers will be able to

  • Place ads in the Job Center and receive a receipt
  • Sign up for demos or enroll in ICMA Insights.
  • Apply or register for ICMA professional and leadership development programs.

Webinar transactions will not be affected during this time since they are handled by an outside vendor.

Note that ICMA staff will NOT be able to help members and customers with their passwords from January 30 through late February. Users who do not know their password will not be able to access password-protected areas of the website.
