Sustainability Community Fellowships: A Look Back. Beginning a couple of years ago, ICMA worked with the U.S. Department of State to offer a professional fellowship program that brought 24 local government professionals to the United States from Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, and China, and U.S. fellows travelled abroad for exchanges in one of the four countries.
