ICMA is in the midst of updating its applied knowledge assessment and introducing a new leadership assessment.  The assessments are designed to help ICMA members determine where they may have knowledge gaps in their professional development.

We are now at a phase in building the assessments where we need to test the product to see if it resonates with ICMA members. To that end, ICMA is seeking 400 volunteers to commit to taking both assessments over the next two months. Each assessment takes approximately 1-2 hours to complete. Your assessment results will be provided to you after product testing is completed.
