The Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) and the Municipal Forum of New York invite ICMA members to hear perspectives on emerging trends in the municipal market. They will be hosting an Education and Outreach Seminar on Tuesday, July 28, 2015 from 3:00 - 5:30 p.m. EDT in the Grand Ballroom of the Marriott New York Downtown, 85 West Street, New York, NY 10006. The program will also include a special acknowledgement of MSRB's 40th anniversary.
