March reminds us of spring, St. Patrick’s Day, baseball, and ethics. Ethics? Well, perhaps not so much. By some authority, March is now National Ethics Awareness Month. As members of a profession with a long, dedicated track record of ethical conduct, let’s make the most of this declaration to improve the ethical culture of local government.
