- Eighty-one percent of survey respondents report a contract or employment agreement.
- The vast majority of employment agreements document the CAO's full compensation package.
- Seventy-nine percent of respondents report being eligible to receive severance pay.
- Reported salaries show a minimum of $25,264 and a maximum of $368,282.
