The ICMA Executive Board will meet in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, May 29–June 1, 2014 to:

• Select ICMA’s 2014–2015 president-elect.
• Approve the FY2015 budget.
• Confirm executive director and board evaluation processes.
• Select site for 2022 ICMA Annual Conference in the Midwest region and select region for 2023.
• Consider nominations for Distinguished Service and Honorary Member awards.
• Review progress on membership recruitment and retention.
• Assess the 2013–2014 vice presidential nominations process and review the diversity in the make-up of the upcoming board.
• Review member feedback to date on review of Tenet 12 of the ICMA Code of Ethics.
