The Countering Violent Extremism (CVE) Grant Program seeks to develop and expand efforts at the community level to counter violent extremist recruitment and radicalization to violence. Local governments can apply for the Department of Homeland Security grants totaling $10,000,000 for projects that develop resilience, challenge the narrative, train and engage, manage intervention activities, and build capacity.
