In May 2015, a small group of ICMA members from across the United States gathered at the Esri headquarters in Redlands, California, for a session on how data and technology could be used for better service delivery of human services.
Beginning Monday, July 20, the lessons learned from this day-long exploration are being shared on the #LocalGov Technology Alliance blog.
