The All-America City Awards is a program of the National Civic League (NCL) and represents our nation’s oldest and most prestigious community recognition award honoring exemplary problem solving and collaboration to address local challenges. Started in 1949, it has played a key role in changing people’s lives and nurturing hope in communities. Each year the award is given to 10 communities. More than 500 communities across the nation are All-America Cities, and some have won the award several times.
