The Emerging Leaders Development Program (ELDP) is designed to help early- to mid-career professionals build contemporary management skills by providing them with the tools to help them on the path to city/county leadership positions. Participants are given an opportunity to enhance their leadership and management skills, while forming a collegial learning community with their peers.
