Table-top Display
Inventory: 10 per region | Investment: $4,500
Maximize face to face experiences and network with attendees at your own table-top display. This is an invaluable opportunity to educate attendees about your organization, demo your product and market your organization.
Sponsorship Includes:
- (1) table-top display in a high traffic area
Your table-top display will be held in the registration area/high traffic areas within the ICMA meeting space at each hotel. The hours of the table-top displays are during registration and meeting hours maximizing your exposure. During this time, we encourage you to mix and mingle with conference attendees, conduct product demo’s and showcase your services. Please feel free to provide promotional materials to conference attendees. ICMA will provide a 6ft table with two chairs and standard electricity for each table-top display. Wi-Fi

Attendee Hotel Room Key Cards

Introduce your company to conference attendees as they check into their hotel room. Attendees who booked through the ICMA room block will receive your branded key cards.

Attendee Hotel Room Drop
Inventory: 2 per region (1 – Wednesday Night; 1- Thursday Night) | Investment: $5,000/ea
Want to deliver a message to attendees where they live, while attending the regional conferences? The room drop opportunity will allow you to deliver one (1) amenity to attendee hotel rooms who booked through the ICMA room block. ICMA does the work, you make the impression!
Sponsorship Includes:
- Sponsor amenity placed in hotel room of each conference attendee in the conference room block
- The cost of the amenity is not included in the sponsor fee and is to be provided by the sponsor
- Sponsor to submit proof/sample of room drop item to ICMA for approval
Attendee Registration Badge Lanyards/Name Badge Holders

Conference Registration Bag

Adult Milkshake Bar

Offer attendees a special treat when you sponsor the Adult Milkshake Bar .This break is the perfect opportunity to network with attendees and to offer a memorable experience. This is a 15-30 minute break to be held during the afternoon on Thursday. Sponsor team is encouraged to network with attendees during this sponsored break.

Mobile Workshop

Investment: $2,500 (plus the cost of the sponsorship item and any activation)
Do you have ideas that will serve the event and attendees well and match your business objectives? You can work directly with ICMA staff to create a unique sponsorship opportunity. Ideas will be evaluated on attendee value, logistics, space availability, and implementation timeframes.
Sponsorship Includes:
- Sponsor to submit Create Your Own ideas to ICMA no later than February 1, 2020
- All activation components of sponsorship (i.e., food and beverage, signage, entertainment, furniture, etc.) are the responsibility of the sponsor
