The CityLinks/Africa Program Director provides senior level management of ICMA world-wide city partnerships and all activities in Africa including project portfolio oversight, client and partner relationship management, new business development and proposal preparation; represents ICMA International in workshops, conferences and negotiations with other organizations; supervises home office and project staff.
