The City of Northwood, Ohio is seeking to replace its long standing, retiring City Administrator. Under the general direction of the Mayor, the Administrator is the City’s Chief Administrative Officer and implements Council’s ordinances and resolutions. The Administrator also manages a staff of 37 FTE and 47 permanent, seasonal and interim part-time employees, with a $5,840,000 General Fund budget, and a $10,800,000 Special Revenue Fund Budget. The City is located in Northwest Ohio the middle of the rapid economic growth of Wood County along I-75 and in close proximity to downtown Toledo. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required along with a minimum of 3 years of related experience. Compensation will be competitive and based upon qualifications. The City of Northwood provides a comprehensive benefits package.
