The Birchwood Lakes Community is a Planned Residential Community located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Birchwood Lakes was established in the 1960’s as a summer community designed to attract urban dwellers from the Metropolitan New York and New Jersey area to the country.

Financial Oversight & Management
Oversees the City’s financial operations, ensuring fiscal integrity, regulatory compliance, sound internal controls, and responsible management of public funds, including budgeting, reporting, and treasury functions.

Under the administrative direction of the City Manager, performs highly responsible administrative and managerial work in assisting the City Manager with the supervision and direction of City programs and projects.
