This presentation is from the Common Ground Alliance (CGA) meeting in Phoenix, Arizona. The author describes two examples of including institutional control information as part of one-call systems, in Portland, Oregon and Denver, Colorado (Denver Radium Streets Superfund site). The author also describes the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL) efforts to study whether a model law is necessary for such one-call systems.
