This document outlines the goals and measures for the City of Aspen's City Manager's Office. The office's performance is judged in two ways: (1) from the strategic perspective of the City Council, according to a set of "top ten goals" established in an annual retreat, and (2) every department has an operational plan and set of goals and outcome measures for "daily work."
