In partnership with the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County (CharMeck), ICMA conducted a feasibility analysis of a possible inter-jurisdictional community sustainability plan. ICMA staff interviewed key stakeholders and analyzed the potential policy, organizational and financial structures that could lead to a strategy or plan.
