The City of Littleton, Colorado is nominated for the 2006 ICMA Program Excellence Award in Community Partnerships, for the Greater Littleton Youth Initiative. The initiative, a partnership between Littleton, neigboring school districts, and state and national organizations, was implemented in response to the 1999 Columbine High School tragedy. This document contains a description of the program, as well as a discussion of the program's results and lessons learned.
