We are seeking Host Cities/ organizations for three study tours in conjunction with the 2013 ICMA conference.  This is coordinated with the ICMA International Committee and the Massachusetts International Committee and ICMA staff.  Opportunities are as follows:

1) Colombia.  Two Mayors from Colombia will attend the conference and are seeking a study tour of three cities starting on the afternoon of September 25  (last day of conference); September 26 and September 27.  Their particular focus is tourism development and innovative revenue resources.

2) Mexico.  Seven officials from Mexico will attend the conference and are seeking a one day study tour on Friday, September 20th.  Their particular interest is in transportation and in transportation finance.

3) Kenya. Approximately four officials from Kenya will attend the conference and are seeking a three day study tour starting on the afternoon of the 25 (last day of the conference); and visiting one city each day on the 26th and 27th.  Their special interest is in governance and in the devolution of governance from counties to municipalities.
