As managers, do we  make it easy for employees to bring forth ideas and concepts to improve the workplace and the services we provide??  Probably not.

After all, who wouldn't want to share the load of leadership and continuous improvement in our organizations with the people  who often know best how to do something?   This is a fundamental of common sense and of the high performing organization.  Think about it the next time you might unknowingly stifle an idea due to difficult processes and the traditional chain of command.
