Here's a post for all the managers out there!  It speaks to the importance of a company "vision" and "values" as a key factor in employee engagement.  It also encourages us to take time to reflect on the "Q2/Leadership Work" that Stephen Covey encouraged.     
 
If we don't make time for this type of work, we need to rethink our approach.  In 2011, Gallup found that only 29% of the US workforce is engaged; 52% are not engaged and 19% are actively disengaged.
