This year, at the 2018 ICMA Annual Conference, the registration area will feature self-service kiosk stations, where you can scan the QR code you received upon registration to print your badge(s), tickets, and other materials. You can print your confirmation email to scan your QR code in paper, scan the QR code from your mobile device, or enter your name at a self-service station to print your registration materials on-site in Baltimore. ICMA Staff will be available on-site to assist you, and answer any questions about our new system. If you do not have or did not receive your QR code, please contact ICMA’s Member and Customer Support Center at customerservices@icma.org to request that your QR code be resent to you.
