On July 23-24, 2015, the five U.S. vice presidents-elect, incoming President Pat Martel, and incoming President-elect Lee Feldman visited ICMA headquarters for an orientation.

The orientation kicked off with an all-staff breakfast where the incoming board members introduced themselves. The orientation continued with overview of ICMA finances and key issues, a review of board responsibilities, and an opportunity to share interests and priorities.

The vice presidents-elect, the incoming president, and the president-elect will be inducted at the Wednesday morning General Session at the Seattle/King County conference in September.
