ICMA's Strategic Planning Task Force is beginning the process of developing ICMA’s next Strategic Plan and it  wants your feedback. Take a few minutes to provide your input by completing the Strategic Planning Task Force’s survey, which has been designed to gather feedback on the major trends and drivers that will impact local government, the profession, and ICMA as an organization in the years to come. The final day to complete the survey is Thursday, October 8.

Your participation in the survey will provide critical information to the task force as it conducts an environmental scan in preparation for its upcoming joint meeting with the ICMA Executive Board this December in Little Rock.

The task force held its kickoff meeting June 2015 in San Antonio, Texas. Task Force members are now engaged in a two-year collaborative process to develop a new strategic plan for ICMA, shaping the future of our organization. The task force has been charged with developing an actionable strategic plan that describes the organization’s strategies for achieving its mission and vision, as well as how those strategies should be implemented.

ICMA’s future depends on its members. Thank you for taking the time to help us shape the future of ICMA!
