On June 26, 2015, ICMA canvassed 2,025 ballots to select vice presidents who will take office with the 2015-2016 ICMA Executive Board (2009 were received online and 16 by regular mail). This was the ninth year that ICMA provided online voting. The vice presidents who were elected are:

Carl Harness, chief human services administrator, Hillsborough County, Florida, Southeast
Lon Pluckhahn, city manager, Marion, Iowa, Midwest
Bert Lumbreras, assistant city manager, Austin, Texas, Mountain Plains
Bruce Channing, city manager, Laguna Hills, California, West Coast
Dennis Hovenden, chief executive officer, Frankston City Council, Victoria, Australia, International
ICMA Corporate members who served on the canvassing committee were Matthew J. Hoffman, assistant town manager, Kensington, MD; Patrick J. Prangley, senior advisor, MD; and, Regina V. Williams- Gates, executive director, National Forum for Black Public Administrators. ICMA staff members assisted with the counting.
