The ICMA Executive Board has set the following agenda for its conference meetings, September 12 and 13, 2014, in Charlotte/Mecklenburg County, North Carolina:

  • Review audit report for FY2014.
  • Review the 2014 – 2015 regional nominations process to select a regional vice president nominee in each region to appear on the 2015 election ballot.
  • Review reports from the Task Force on Women in the Profession and the Task Force on Leadership.
  • Review progress on membership recruitment and retention.
  • Review potential revisions to Tenet 12 of the ICMA Code of Ethics and its guidelines based on member feedback.
  • Conduct performance review of executive director.
  • Approve the schedule and communications for the 2015 selection process for the next ICMA President-elect.
  • Conduct a planning session for the 2014-2015 board.
