The ICMA Executive Board has set the following agenda for its conference meetings, October 5 and 6, 2012, in Phoenix/Maricopa County, Arizona:

  • Review audit report for FY2012.
  • Review progress on membership recruitment and retention and establish goals for the coming year.
  • Review plans for strengthening relationships with international affiliates.
  • Review status and plans for implementing the new regional nominating committee process for 2012-2013 that was launched with an article in the September 11, 2012, Leadership Matters. 
  • Approve the schedule and communications for the 2013 selection process for the next ICMA president-elect.
  • Conduct a planning session for the 2012-2013 board.
  • Conduct performance review of executive director.
