The FY 2013 midyear data set is now posted to the CPM 101 participants’ website. For CPM 101 participants, the data set includes only the data from CPM 101 participant jurisdictions that submitted by the October 1, 2013 deadline.
Primary coordinators are encouraged to download the data set and to save it to a location where jurisdiction staff can access it. The files can be sorted, filtered, and otherwise manipulated just like any Excel file. As a starting point for your analyses, CPM recommends that you sort the data on the various survey questions of interest to you. That will allow you to see how your jurisdiction stacks up against others and against the average or median. If you need assistance with the data set, please contact CPMSurveys@ICMA.org.
Please note that as jurisdictions submit additional data or make corrections to prior data, CPM will periodically issue updates to the data set. For this reason, it is recommended that you check the website periodically to ensure that you have the latest release of the data set.
