This transition book was compiled by Wichita, Kansas, staff to familiarize the new manager with city operations.

There are two categories of ICMA membership: Corporate and noncorporate. Corporate members have voting privileges, are eligible to serve on the ICMA Executive Board, and qualify for service awards.
