James Durand Crosby

He also served as city manager, Yukon (2015-2021), city manager, Piedmont (2011-2015), city manager, Yukon (1994-2011), general services director, Oklahoma City (1991-1994), executive vice president, South Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce (1987-1991), positions in Norman include, city manager (1976-1987), acting city manager (1975-1976), and director of parks & recreation (1973-1975). He began his career in Oklahoma City as recreation superintendent (1964-1973).
