This report builds on the World Bank's 2012 report, "Turn Down the Heat: Why a 4 Degree Celsius Warmer World Must Be Avoided" and it examines the risks of climate change in Sub-Saharan Africa, South East Asia, and South Asia. It analyzes the impacts of climate change on agricultural production, water resources, and coastal issues for the most vulnerable populations.
