With a very small population most of the homes in the Village of Bayside used well water well into the 21st century. Many citizens complained, however, there were many citizens who equally wanted to continue using well water. This document details the problem faced by the village and how they solved it and please the majority of citizens. This program is the winning submission for the 2016 Local Government Excellence Awards in the category of Community Partnership (populations less than 10,000).
